The Minnesota Red Angus Association, the consignors, and the sale staff put together a tremendous set of Red Angus genetics for their annual fall sale. The annual MNRAA meeting is held in conjunction with this Event. The offering sold throughout the United States. A memorial was also held for the family of Lori Fehrman. In addition to cash donations, a heifer, PFFR Ms Rachel 701, who was consigned by the Fehrman Family, sold for $8,500. She sold to a group, Friends of the Fehrman Family, and then graciously donated back to her children. In addition, 10 straws of New Trend 22D were anonymously donated and commanded $100 per straw to a Red Angus breeder from Tennessee, Ron Lamply.

           The high selling bred heifer sold for $4,100 to Renneberg Red Angus, Menahga, MN. Nordlund Stock Farm, Clearbrook, MN consigned NSFR Brandy S31. She is sired by LMG Gills Rattler 3555 and was AI bred to GMRA Laramie.

           The Peoples Choice female award winner sold for $4,000 to Dusty Martin, Blue Earth, MN. This bred heifer consignment was from Lost River Livestock, Clearbrook, MN. Sunrise 6S is an own daughter of LCC Cheyenne B221L and is AI bred to Brown Vacation. Hickory Hill Red Angus, Sterling, Il paid $3,200 for Dahlke Major Rosie 79S. She is sired by LCC Major League A502 M and was AI bred to OHRR Dakota Copper.

           Weidenbach Ranch, Highmore, SD bid $4,500 for NSFR Lakota T14 the high selling open heifer. She was consigned by Nordlund Stock Farm, and is a March 3, 2007 daughter of LMG Gills Rattler 3555. Double RL Red Angus, Maynard, MN consignment sold for $4,200 to Eric Haugen, Montevideo, MN. 2RJL Miss Gold I T402 is a February 25, 2007 daughter of Badlands Mr Beef 805.

           The high selling Fall Bred Heifer sold for $3,200 to Rush Red Angus, Jasper, Mo. CFRA Ms Jr 0614 is an August 13, 2006 daughter of CFRA Jr 107 0323. This female was consigned by Caraway Red Angus, Lake Benton, MN.

           Sonstegard Red Angus, Keman Red Angus, and Double RL Red Angus consigned three embroys that sold for $1,000 each to Deer Hill Farm, Waterloo, IA. They are out of UBAR Copperqueen 506 and Basin Hobo 0545.

           The Peoples Choice Bull award went to 2RLJ High Capacity T403 who was the top selling bull at $4,000. He is sired by UBAR High Capacity 224 and was born on February 26, 2007. He was consigned by Double RL Red Angus and was purchased by Caraway Red Angus and Paul Ferhman Family Red Angus.

           Polzin Zehnder Cattle, Stanchfield, MN consigned 10 straws of Lman KingRob 8621 which sold for $200 per straw. Al Bueno, Doral, FL purchased this lot.
